Nathalie Grisoni,
born on 24 May 1966 in Fribourg
I started my exciting career in the hotel and catering industry with an apprenticeship as a chef, which I completed with a hotelier's diploma from the Lausanne Hotel Management School. I then held various positions in the hotel industry; in 1989 as Chef de Réception at the Hôtel Savoy Baur en Ville, Deluxe in Zurich. I then returned home to take over the management of the Royal Golf Hôtel in Pont-la-Ville and then the Grand Hotel Suisse Majestic in Montreux.

From the beginning of 2000 until the end of 2011, I opened and managed the **** Superior Steigenberger Hotel Bellerive au Lac in Zurich.
In 2012, I founded my company "New Horizon in Fine Hotel Development" and since follow my passion as a management consultant in the hotel industry.
2013 - 2014: Training as a Feng Shui Expert.
